Board of Directors
Sam Allerton, Vice President of the Board of Directors, passed away in February, 2025. Sam was a valuable member of the Glenhurst community for many years and an asset to the Board. Our thoughts go with his family.
Board elections may be held at the Annual Meeting of the Association or by mail. A quorum is required to elect at a meeting. If a quorum is not present, the current Directors remain on the Board, if they agree, until the next Annual Meeting. Vacancies on the Board may be appointed by the acting Board.
No quorum present at 2025 Annual Meeting held 4/16/2026 at 6PM.
